No. Nothing is provisioned, no address block is leased, and pre-orders are closed. You can join the free wishlist and we will email you once when pre-orders open. Everything on this page is written to that fact.
Is anything charged today, and what happens when pre-orders open?
Nothing is charged today. Pre-orders are closed, so there is no deposit to pay and no card is asked for. When they open, a pre-order will be a one-time refundable deposit — not a subscription, no recurring charge — credited to your first invoice and refundable in full at any time before your server is delivered, with no reason required. The amount is shown on the page when the door opens.
What if you never launch?
If you joined the wishlist, we tell you once and then delete your address. Nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund. When pre-orders are open, every outstanding deposit is refunded in full automatically to the card it was paid with if we have not delivered within 120 days of confirming the build. You do not have to ask, and we keep no fee.
When will I get my server?
There is no date, and pre-orders are closed while we test whether there is enough demand to build the line at all. When pre-orders open we still publish no delivery date until the build is confirmed, because we will not promise a date we cannot keep. Once it is confirmed, our aim is 60 to 90 days to first delivery: order the host and the block, verify network and reverse DNS, build and test provisioning, then take one pilot customer before general onboarding. If we pass 90 days you are told why, and you can refund immediately instead of waiting for day 120.
Do I get root?
Yes. Every plan is unmanaged KVM with root access and your own operating system from a Linux template list. There is no control panel, no managed layer and no Minecraft panel — if you want the managed Minecraft product, that is a different plan on this site and it is available today.
Can I run a mail server?
Outbound port 25 is blocked by default. Submission on 587 and 465 works. If you need port 25 you send us a written request with the purpose and a matching reverse DNS record, and it depends on the provider permitting it on the host — we will tell you the answer rather than promise it now.
Can I run a VPN, a proxy, a game server, a CI runner?
Yes to all four, inside the plan's resource limits. Tell us at signup what you are running — it is not a permission request, it is so we can tell you if it will not fit.
Can I mine crypto?
Not at launch. On shared vCPU it degrades the neighbours and attracts abuse traffic. We will revisit it if a future host can dedicate cores.
Are snapshots a backup?
No. Snapshots are a convenience: a manual restore point you take yourself. They are not a backup guarantee and you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose.
What if I change my mind?
Nothing to undo today: joining the wishlist costs nothing, and every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe that deletes your address. When pre-orders are open and you have paid a deposit, email us and it is refunded in full — there is no retention campaign and no exit fee, and there is a confirmation step before anything is charged, so declining at that point refunds the deposit.
Where will the servers be?
We do not know yet, and we are not going to guess on a page that takes your money. Location follows the address block and the host, which we decide once the build is confirmed. You are told the location before your first invoice.
Is the price going to change?
The prices on this page are the planned prices, and nothing is locked while pre-orders are closed. When pre-orders open, the price you pre-order at is held for twelve months from the day your server launches. After that it is the normal list price.
