VPS terms
Last updated 27 October 2026. These terms cover the VPS product while pre-orders are closed. They are replaced by the full pre-order terms when pre-orders open.
What exists today.
The VPS line is not live. Nothing is provisioned, no address block is leased, and no deposit is being taken. The plans, prices and specifications on the VPS page describe what we intend to sell; they are not an offer and nothing on that page can be bought today.
The wishlist.
Joining the wishlist is free. It reserves no slot, no price and no place in a queue, and it creates no contract and no obligation on either side. We use your address for one thing only: to send you one email when pre-orders open, plus the one that confirms your signup. We never sell or share your address for marketing. One click unsubscribes and deletes it.
If the product never opens.
We tell you once, then delete your address. Nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund.
When pre-orders open.
A pre-order will be a one-time refundable deposit, not a subscription. It is credited to your first invoice and refunded in full on request at any time before your server is delivered, for any reason and with no fee. Every outstanding deposit is refunded automatically to the card it was paid with if we have not delivered within 120 days of confirming the build. The price you pre-order at is held for twelve months from the day your server launches.
What we are not promising.
No launch date, no uptime figure, no SLA, no benchmark, and no named datacentre or subnet. The specifications on the VPS page are what we intend to sell, not a measured service. We tell you the location before your first invoice.
Contact.
Questions about any of this: [email protected]. We answer within 48 hours, and a person replies.
